The views are best enjoyed lounging by the larger than average swimming pool, allowing keen swimmers a chance to chalk up some serious laps and work up an appeite. A great feature of this property is the separate outdoor seating area, proving to be the perfect place to retreat for an evening drink and watch the sunset over the Ionian sea, across the red roofs of Nidri village below. It is a 10 minute drive to this bustling harbour, with a great selection of resturants, cafes, shops and bars on offer, and daily ferries to Kefalonia and Ithaca for island hoppers wanting to explore further afield. Set across three floors, this is a villa to spread out and relax with a charming mix of traditonal and contemporary decor giving a welcoming comfortable ambience. On the ground floor, two king size bedrooms each boast patio doors opening onto terraces while the main living, dining areas and spacious kitchen have patio doors opening onto a pretty covered balcony - perfect for breakfast, situated on the first floor, and on the second floor, a double bedroom, all of them with ensuite bath and/or shower rooms. Surrounded by greenery and olvie groves, set up in the hills above the coastline, Olive is a haven of peace and calm, perfect for sitting back and enjoying the scenery.The stunning design of this property's pool features a relaxing infinity edge with some open drop surroundings with views of the coastline. Please refrain from standing, sitting, or walking on the infinity edge. It is recommended that inflatables are not used in this pool type.Please be mindful of children whilst using the pool if they are present.
