Each bedroom enjoys its own ensuite and private balcony with views out over the sea and surrounding countryside, accessed via patio doors allowing natural light to flood the living spaces. The open plan lounge area and kitchen are a delight with a light airy ambience and some clever touches denoting the oceanfront that surrounds the villa, allowing guests to take full advantage of alfresco dining - a treat that can be enjoyed daily in the Greek sunshine. The infinity pool is the best place to enjoy the beautiful views from the covered dining terrace, the place to be for early evening cocktails watching the sun set over the water. Mounda Beach is the nesting place of the Caretta Caretta turtles and is protected by the local amenities to make sure the turtles will return every year to lay their eggs so that there is little building in the area which makes this lovely villa such a find. The owner has recently installed pool heating so an added bonus for those going early and late season. An added bonus is Skala village a 10 minute drive away, with lots of eateries, shops, cafes and bars to spend an evening out, happy to return to the tranquility of Mounda Beach.A feature of this villa's elevated position is the infinity pool edge, which offers beautiful views out to sea. However, please be mindful of the open drop surroundings and do not stand, sit, or walk along the edge itself. Inflatables should not be used with this pool type. Be mindful of children in these areas.
