Mounda Beach is famous as a long wide swathe of powdery fine sand, and in the spring, is home to the Caretta Caretta Turtle who lay their eggs on the beach every year. A protection order is in place to keep the beach unspoilt and quiet so it is is never crowded even in the height of summer. The village of Ratzakli can be found within a few minutes drive, whilst the resort of Skala and it's great selection of amenities can be found within a ten minute drive. Peace and quiet with the beach a short walk and the livley village of Skala nearby makes it a great choice!
