Those who choose one of these two vacation homes (GEV109 and GEV110) will be able to benefit from a rural tranquility, but at the same time live not far from several lively cities, such as Eretria (5 minutes by car), Chalkida (15 minutes) or Athens (only 1 hour). Together with the residents of two other houses, guests share a large pool. Surrounded by an olive grove, a family atmosphere and plenty of space await you. The children can really let off steam and splash in the pool or play on the very large and completely protected grounds. Both houses are modernly decorated and equipped. In the evening, enjoy the soothing silence of nature while sitting on the terrace and enjoying the spectacular view over the Euboean Gulf. Due to its central location on the island of Euboea, you have a variety of exciting sights to choose from: To the north the church in Prokopi, built in honor of John the Russian, the village of Evia, waterfalls and the silicified forest of Kerassia, to the south the Dimosari Gorge, the famous Dragon House in Karystos as well as Karavos, Aliveri, Nea Styra and much more.
