The terraces surrounding the villa and pool provide wonderful outside space both for sunbathing and for al fresco dining with access to a built-in barbecue, whilst at the same time optimising the views over the olive trees to the Ionian Sea. Inside the villa comprises a fully-equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area as well as three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all of which have been designed to echo the traditional style of the exterior. If you wish to explore the local area, the village of Magazia is just a 15-minute walk and has a small selection of amenities including a bakery, a café, a mini-market, a kafenion and a couple of tavernas. The quaint little villages of Lakka and Loggos can be found within a five-minute drive, both offering a good selection of tavernas, cafes and shops, whilst the popular Monadendri beach and other beaches are within easy reach.Due to the unique design of this property, it features some open drops in its surroundings.
