This charming three bedroom villa is close to Tribu Beach and situated in a private enclave of twelve villas on the Palliki Peninsula of the Lixouri region of Kefalonia. Lovely sea views from the swimming pool terrace are a delight and best enjoyed watching the sunsets sipping something cold and delicious. A barbecue is perfect for al fresco dining, and the pool terrace is a favourite spot with all the families or groups that stay here. The interiors have minimalist decor all the better to relax and the ground floor open plan living,dining and kitchen areas open onto the pool terrace. There is also a Kingsize bedroom with patio doors that also open onto the pool terrace and a small separate shower room. On the first floor are a Kingsize and twin bedroom each with a balcony that share a shower room. The hidden secret of the Kymata resort is the wonderful huge communal swimming pool right at the waters edge, surrounded by cabanas,bamboo umbrellas and sunbeds with a daytime bar next to the communal pool serving drinks and cold snacks to meet up with like minded souls or just lie back on the sunlounger and enjoy the sunsets. Lixouri is famous for its lovely beaches, with green fields, olive groves and vineyards crisscrossing the countryside, its a 10 minute drive from the Port to the villas. Once there explore the wide open spaces, and choose from the famous waterfront fresh fish tavernas in the Port.
