A stones throw away from Tribu beach, and in a gated enclave of 12 villas, Roz Grande is set back from the main part of the complex and has a chilled out atmosphere, with a minimalist interior and a swimming pool and terrace at the front. Situated in the south of Lixouri Region on the Palliki Peninsula, this is the ideal place to relax and wind down with sea breezes and the sound of the waves a lovely backdrop to the holiday. The three bedroom villa has a great zen vibe to it, with polished concrete floors and walls and smooth surfaces that act as a neutral backdrop to the sea views from the first floor balconies. The Kingsize and twin bedrooms on the first floor make the most of the vistas, sharing a shower room, with a balcony to enjoy watching the sunsets whilst on the ground floor another Kingsize bedroom and shower room opens onto the swimming pool terrace. The open plan living dining and kitchen areas have an uncluttered informal atmosphere creating a lovely base from which to discover this unique part of Kefalonia. The complex boasts a terrific Olympic sized communal swimming pool right next to the beach, with indulgent cabanas, tropical bamboo umbrellas and sunbed, they are surrounded by palm trees swaying in the breeze. Lixouri Port is a 10 minute drive away and a nearby beach side taverna on another beach a 5 minute drive. There are plenty of seafront fresh fish restaurants and mini markets to choose from in the port whilst Lixouri Region is famous for its beaches, with Xi beach known for it powdery red sand, and this green unspoilt corner of Kefalonia is a joy to discover.
