The villa is situated in Lakithra which has a handful of eateries and a couple of mini-markets for essentials, so an evening stroll makes a change from driving to try out the local cuisine, then when the urge to explore further afield beckons there are three lovely sandy beaches Ai Helis, Ammos and Avithos within a 10 - 30 minute drive, each with a beachside taverna. Kefalonia is a magical island to explore, however, if the main aim is to chill out, wind down and recharge the batteries, this pretty villa meets the requirements.
