This amazing 6 bedroom villa is perfect for families and groups with large grounds that include a small church and a larger than average swimming pool. The distinctive round turret of the villa shapes the main living area on the ground floor and the 2nd floor bedroom and the villa has plenty of room spread over 3 floors for everyone to relax and enjoy Hamilton Villa. Our favourite spot is the wonderful swimming pool with the unusual extra of two sunbeds actually in the swimming pool, definitely the place to get a tan! Situated close to the pretty village of Koskinou, it is a five minute drive to the village, where deep in the heart of the village is a labyrinth of narrow streets with timeless houses and small tavernas to be discovered around every turn. The villa has two living areas and the main ground floor lounge has the circular shape and comfortable sofas along with the galley style kitchen, a wrap-around balcony has a covered dining area and steps leading down to the swimming pool and terrace. There are also two twin bedded bedrooms and two double bedroom, all with en suite shower room on the same floor. On the lower ground floor is a king sized bedroom also ensuite as well as the second living area and patio doors that open out onto the swimming pool, terrace and the estate. On the second floor is the master bedroom with magnificent sea views and the big double bed on a raised platform to get the best panoramas and even a telescope for star gazing at night and patio doors opening onto a balcony, also offering an ensuite shower room. Under the stairs on the lower ground floor there is also a gym area with with a skii-ing machine, a bike and dumb bells and yoga mats to keep everyone fit. Outside, an ampitheatre adds a historic ambience to the grounds with lawns surrounding the main house, and the gas barbecue is under cover with a large dining table and chairs - ideal for al fresco living.
