From its elevated position overlooking four kilometres of golden sand beach Villa Diamond Hill commands amazing views out to sea and down the coastline. Most of the ground floor is given over to a generously proportioned living area, dining and spacious kitchen, all open plan but with their own designated space. With numerous ways to exit out onto your pool terrace the outside space here is all laid out to really enjoy those views. You have a long-covered terrace which again has been carefully separated into an outdoor lounge area and with a long dining table around which to enjoy those memory making family meals. Whilst swimming and generally lazing around up here you can see for miles. Also on the ground floor, you have the first of your bedrooms with its accompanying shower room. Upstairs there are another three bedrooms, all of them are air conditioned and the master is ensuite with the other two bedrooms up here sharing a family bathroom. All bedrooms, for a little bit of extra comfort and relaxation have their own TV’s. If you want to unwind and spend time enjoying your favourite programmes in the comfort of your bedroom, why not. If you head inland from the villa, you will find the hilltop village of Koskinou. Here you will find authentic tavernas, and picture postcard homes.
