At the heart of the Venitian village is the Citadel, a labyrinth of whitewashed steps and cobbled streets so narrow cars cannot traverse them, lovely to explore. The waterfront is lined by quayside fish restaurants and bars and the long sandy beach has plenty of room to spread out and relax.
