Just five minutes walk from Katelios seafront and Katelios Beach, the lovely stretch of unspoilt sandy beach. The beige exterior and green shutters are typical of the Ionian's rich heritage, on two stories, Oceanis is an impressive, comfortable villa, with an enclosed garden surrounding the swimming pool and terrace. An added bonus is an enclosed jacuzzi and separate sauna room on the terrace ( payable locally) great for early spring and late autumn. The ground floor living, dining and kitchen areas are stylish and a great mix of contemporary and traditional decor and spacious enough for families and couples to relax and spread out and it leads out to the swimming pool and terrace. On the first floor are a double and two twin bedrooms each with an ensuite shower room and a balcony. The garden is a charming combination of shrubs and potted plants and the perfect backdrop for outdoor dining and a quick dip when the fancy takes you! The fresh fish restaurants on the seafront of Katelios harbour are famous and worth trying a couple to decide your favourite, This peaceful green valley is full of olive groves, fields and little paths that are fun to explore, the bay curves around and eventually there is another beach called Mounda Beach, famous for the Caretta Caretta Turtles that lay their eggs there every spring. Beyound that is Skala, a bigger village with plenty of tavernas, restaurants, cafes and bars to discover. Oceanis is a great villa for unwinding, strolling to the tavernas in the evenings, and enjoying the nearby beach, go on and try it!We would like to draw your attention to the balcony railings which are ornately designed featuring large gaps, this property therefore may not be suitable for families with young children.
