Just a 10 minute drive to the tiny hamlet of Kalathos and a further 5 minute drive to Kalathos beach, its a great place to relax and wind down to a slower pace of life. The pool has a terrace for the sunloungers and a separate covered dining area to enjoy those vistas, while a further balcony on the first floor from the double bedroom makes the most of lovely sunsets. The open plan kitchen and dining areas is three steps down from the main living area with comfy sofas and patio doors opening onto the terrace, The first floor double and twin bedrooms both have air conditioning and share a bathroom. Set in a large enclave of villas above Kalathos hamlet, there is a restaurant a 5 minute drive and the beach is a splendid wide mix of sand and shingle, so there is plenty of room to stretch out and find your own favourite place or discover the nearby local tavernas with traditional Greek dishes to try out. Just down the road is the timeless village of Lindos with its winding cobbled streets and the ancient Acropolis standing above it, further on from Lindos are the villages of Lardos, Pefkos and Gennadi and at the southern tip of Rhodes, Prasonissi beach, a haven for extreame sports fanatics who enjoy the warm thermal currents and striking peninsula.
