This fabulously renovated old Stables is a unique villa within our portofolio and we consider ourselves lucky to feature it. A 10 minute drive to the nearest beach, restaurant and supermaket, this villa is all about enjoying a sumptuous villa, a peaceful setting and chiling out in a charming house. Set amongst the pine forests of the upper region of Filerimos, that graduates down to the popular beachside resort of Ialysos, the distinctive green exterior stays true to the original stables, with a clever twist that offers comfort, with a dash of luxury to boot! The welcoming interiors feature a stunnning staircase up to the first floor with the high rafters of the main living dining and kitchen areas making sure there is an airy spacious feel to the house from the first step over the threshold. There are plenty of original features with the emphasis on relaxing decor and the cool granite floors on the ground floor create that peaceful ambience and genunine feeling of history combined with all the needs for a perfect holiday home. Also on the ground floor is the master bedroom with a four poster bed, an ensuite shower room, a further shower room while the two double bedrooms are located on the first floor, all with an LED screen and SMART TV. Outside, the swimming pool and terrace offers privacy and features a barbecue, bar area , covered dining area and even a firepit for the spring and autumn, ideal for a sip of Champagne and enjoying the tranquility surrounding the villa. One of our favourite villas in Rhodes it has easy access to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Medieval Rhodes Town and an equally easy route to the South of the island with the famous Acropolis of LIndos and the many sandy beaches to explore.
