In a wonderful location close to pretty Gennadi village and the beach a 20 minute walk, Margarita is a great addition to our portfolio of Gennadi villas. Set in a gated enclave of 8 villas, this peaceful villa has a walled terrace with the swimming pool in front, and as a one storey accommodation it is perfect for couples and small families. The fresh sophisticated decor both inside and out creates a friendly welcoming atmosphere with the terrace lighting up in trendy mauves in the evenings, so that al fresco dining is a delight. The living, dining and kitchen areas have patio doors opening onto the pool terrace with two double bedrooms both enjoying ensuite shower rooms that also open onto the swimming pool terrace. The village has a good choice of traditional tavernas found within the small lanes and the main square has a handy mini market and the road that leads down to the beach with several beachside tavernas. Gennadi beach stretches for 5 km with plenty of space to explore and spread out, a variety of sand, shingle and pebbles partly with umbrellas and sunbeds, but mostly unspoilt. Further afield, to the south is Prasonissi Beach, a mecca for extreme sports enthusiasts, and Pefkos and LIndos are a 15 minute drive, the Gennadi region is a lovely countryside perfect for a relaxing holiday.
