On the second floor the master king size bedroom offers wonderful views of ocean and beach from the private balcony complete with an ensuite shower. Following the path that cuts through the lawn there is a simple track that leads directly onto Gennadi beach, a wide swath of uninterrupted sandy beach right on the doorstep, perfect for beach lovers. The popular resorts of Lindos and Pefkos are a twenty minute drive and splendid Prasonissi beach in the South offers extreme sports, all in all, a beach paradise!Due to the privileged seafront location of this property, the back garden has direct access to the beach. We therefore advise that this property may not suitable for families with young children and ask guests to take extra care when accessing these areas. The balcony areas feature gaps and ladder effect railings, extra care must be taken in these areas. Children should be supervised at all times.
