Little Lahania hamlet is a 5 minute drive with a mini-market and a couple of tavernas, whilst Gennadi village is a further 5 minutes with more shops and restaurants. Within a private enclave of villas, wonderful sea views are appreciated from every level, especially from the first floor bedroom balconies, whose glass panels guarantee wonderful vistas whether enjoying an early morning coffee or an evening aperitif. The swimming pool is at the front of the villa and the pool terrace includes a built in barbecue and a covered dining area that opens out from the open plan living dining and kitchen area, so handy for preparing delicious meals and dining al fresco. All the bedrooms have king size beds, and benefit from ensuite showers. The owner has thoughtfully provided pool towels, a table tennis table ( great for some in house competitions), hairdryers, air-conditioning and Wi-Fi.
