Villa Terra Promessa is a luxurious newly-built bioclimatic villa surrounded by pine forests and situated above the dramatic west coast of Paxos. From the villa and its terraces there are wonderful uninterrupted sea views along the west coast and spectacular sunsets can be enjoyed. The secluded location of the villa means that it offers complete privacy, yet it is just a short drive from the many bars, tavernas, shops and other facilities of the main village of Gaios, and from the many lovely beaches on the island. This chic and sophisticated villa has wonderfully spacious light and airy rooms and intricately designed contemporary furnishings throughout. On the lower floor, there is an open-plan living/dining room with large sliding glass doors leading directly out on to a covered pool-side terrace. The well-equipped open kitchen is separated from the dining area by a breakfast bar with stools and a sink. There is also a WC and a utility room on the ground floor. On the upper floor there are two spacious bedrooms, each with large picture windows overlooking the sea, a separate seating area and workspace, a walk-in wardrobe, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a twin day bed that can provide two additional beds, while the second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a separate couch that can be converted into a single sofa bed. One bathroom has a bath and the other has two separate adjacent walk-in showers. In front of the villa there is a large infinity swimming pool surrounded on three sides by broad flagged terraces with comfortable sun loungers and seating areas; to the side of the villa there is a covered dining area. There are wonderful uninterrupted views from the pool and all the terraces. The villa is in an exceptional area for anyone who loves walking. At the same time it is only a 10-minute drive from the many shops, tavernas and other facilities of Gaios and a 15-minute drive from the pretty pebble beaches of the Due to the villas unique location, the outside area has been desgined to maximise the sea views. As a result the villa grounds feature some drops with no barriers to not disrupt the views. Please take extra care and due to this, this villa is better suited to adults.
