The superb location set right next to sandy Agios Ioannis Beach was the inspiration for the name of the villa. This charming house has all the amenities to make a beach lover's holiday complete. The swimming pool and terrace are bordered by hedges and surrounded by lawns with a barbecue ready for al fresco dining. Inside, the classic décor gives a comfortable welcoming ambience with the living, dining and kitchen area on the ground floor opening onto the lawns. Upstairs, the double and twin bedrooms each have a balcony that boast stunning sea views of Agios Ioannis beach directly in front, an invitation to sit and enjoy the vistas whilst sipping a morning coffee. Agios Ioannis beach is a long stretch of mainly sandy beach with a beach road running along it and some restaurants, beach bars and cafes dotted here and there, so traditional tavernas are within a few minutes walk, great for those who want a rest from driving . Further on is the famous Milos beach, with the abandoned windmills set on a hill overlooking the kite surfers and windsurfers attracted by the breezes that blow across the coastlines. Lefkas Town is a 10 minute drive with a wealth of shops, cafes, restaurants and the pretty harbour always full of all types of ships and boats. A great place for people watching, the narrow streets are a delight to wander round and the bustle of the main squares quite a contrast to peaceful Agios Ioannis.Please note that the balcony railings have larger gaps in places and if children are present, be mindful of them at all times and discourage climbing the rails.
