Aghia Efimia is a pretty port on the east coast with the port of Sami 8 kms away. A horse- shoe shaped bay with houses, bars and traditional tavernas encircling it, it's a great place for people-watching with the fishermen's boats bobbing gently in the water. Following the winding road upwards out of the village, situated in a sheltered grove, the Olive Grove villa stands above the village enjoying wonderful views of the sea and the valley below. Finished to a very high standard, this comfortable house has an inviting pool in front and the olive trees that surround it add splashes of silvery green colour as a pretty backdrop to this white-washed exterior. Inside, the modern décor gives a light informal ambience with the living area opening out onto the swimming pool and terrace. A bedroom on either side also open onto the terrace and the smart kitchen provides the amenities necessary for either a simple breakfast or a more substantial dinner. Aghia Efimia has a small pebble beach called Paradise beach at one end of the harbour, and driving towards Sami are small sandy beaches that hug the coastline. For a quiet, relaxing holiday, Olive Grove villa meets all the criteria.
