Take a vacation in your own personal floating home, 'Biscay'. Don't just live on the shore or near the water, but actually right ON the water, in the middle of the marina of the OstseeResort Olpenitz between the Schlei and the Baltic Sea.

The floating house is built on a pontoon and can be reached quite comfortably via a jetty. The two bedrooms are directly above the water, so that you can let the gentle swaying of the house rock you to sleep when the wind blows, and in the morning your gaze can fall directly on the glittering waves first thing in the morning. The comfortable shower room is also on this floor, as well as a 30 m² wrap-around terrace where you can always find a nice spot right on the water.

Via a staircase you reach the light-flooded living area with modern kitchenette on the upper floor. This floor is designed loft-like without walls and is particularly bright and inviting thanks to the floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows. From here, too, the view naturally falls on the water all around. Here, too, there is of course a terrace. It is located in front of the living room and is equipped with high-quality garden furniture, which invites to a relaxed breakfast in the fresh air. Above everything, on top of the roof, is the magnificent sun deck, from which you can enjoy the hustle and bustle of the passing sailboats on the water particularly well.

Enjoy the cool breeze on the water in summer or snuggle up comfortably in the sofa while an autumn storm whips up the water outside your windows - the Floating Houses are a very special vacation experience at any time of the year! In the sauna you can warm up again after a long walk on the beach.

A small bathing bay with a sandy beach belongs to the OstseeResort Olpenitz and it is also not far to the kilometer-long Baltic Sea beach, which stretches down to Schönhagen. Please note that fishing is not allowed in the harbor basin.

The new vacation home area is currently being built on the former naval area in Olpenitz on more than 150 hectares, embedded in nature.
