The houseboat is equipped with two living rooms that can be converted into bedrooms, one bathroom, and a kitchenette that includes a fridge, a gas stove with two burners, and a radio with a USB connection. In addition, the roof terrace can be accessed via a telescopic ladder and is equipped with patio furniture.

The boat is equipped with a powerful 9.9 HP thrust motor, a bow, and stern thrusters. An inside boat license is advisable, but the boat can also be navigated without a license after extensive on-site instruction. For safety reasons, we recommend a boating license.

A service fee to be paid on site includes supply and disposal (freshwater, gray and black water, refueling with petrol), final cleaning, a linen package (bed linen and towels), instruction, handover, return, and gas consumption. Additional costs arise from fuel consumption and, if necessary, an extended skipper's liability insurance that must be taken out. A deposit of 1.000 euros is required prior to arrival. This property does not participate in the small damage concept. The skipper is fully liable for damage to the rented property that exceeds the amount of the deposit.

The starting point of your boating holiday is the Untere Havel waterway, which is characterized by extensive kilometers of river. From here you can start a long journey in one of the most beautiful water sports areas in Germany. The lower Havelniederung can be used as a boating route without a license since 2005. The area offers the opportunity for paddling, swimming, and diving. You can get information about the respective sights and restaurants nearby.

Extra cleaning may be required if pets have shed a lot of hair.
