This beautiful apartment is located on the southern edge of the Baltic Sea resorts Olpenitz in a unique position, in the first row from the sea. The Baltic Sea and the Schlei estuary are only a few meters away. From your terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view of the goings of the yacht and sailing harbor. Another terrace is located on the other side of the house.
 
 Due to the picture window, you must not give up the view of the waves and boats in the harbor and the cozy, bright living area. In the bathroom you will find your private wellness oasis with infrared sauna and whirlpool. Here you can relax after a stormy day at the lake. The two bedrooms are equipped with quality box spring beds. The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed, two single beds in the second bedroom have roles and therefore can also be pushed together to form a double bed.
 
 The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your holiday. Even a fryer and a bread slicer you are preparing your meals.
 Washing machine and condenser round off the high quality features of the apartment.
 
 From the house you reach the beautiful, long sandy beach on the Baltic Sea in a few minutes. It extends down to Schönhagen, making it ideal for long walks.
 
 The flexible daily rate system itself offers found for all budgets and holiday types, from the spontaneous short break, a long weekend, the long, relaxing summer vacation or a break in the quieter off-season, when the Baltic Sea beaches offer plenty of space and so comfortable in the cottage becomes.

 The basin is not officially open for swimming due to the flow conditions; But the Baltic Sea beach is just a stone's throw from the house.
