You will reach your object in the idyllic, quiet district of Seedorf. You pass the house on the right side and take the first outside staircase to the upper floor. You enter your comfortably furnished apartment via the spacious outdoor terrace. From the small entrance hallway, the shower room and the master bedroom leave, as well as you come into the kitchen. From the open kitchen with dining area you enter the open living room and the separated second bedroom. On the roof terrace you can have breakfast in the morning sun and enjoy the sunset in the evening. You have 1300 sqm of fenced plot and another 1800sqm of roaming space at your disposal. Anglers have their own garden house to process and freeze their catch. A bike rental service brings bikes directly to the property.

At the garden gate you will be welcomed by the owner or a caretaker and Else, a friendly Belgian shepherd dog. If no one is on site, the key is in the safe in the carport and the dog peacefully in the kennel.

In one of the most beautiful places of the Baltic Sea, near Wismar, is the "southernmost island of Scandinavia" - the island of Poel. It is connected to the mainland by a causeway. The apartments are located in the dreamy village of Gollwitz, only about 200 meters from the beach. Seedorf is considered an insider tip of the island because of its hidden location and its very good water quality. Due to the offshore shallow water area, the beach here is particularly child-friendly.
A restaurant and a fish hall are within walking distance, Kirchdorf with all shopping facilities in 5 min by bike or car, as well as two managed beach sections.
