Your holiday home on the island of Usedom is simple and practical. It is located in a quiet location and has a large plot. The rowing boat, which is available, is only about 150m away.
 
 The rooms are spread over the ground floor and first floor. There are four separate bedrooms, another sleeping space in the residential area. The beautiful fireplace worry for warmth. On the open terrace you can enjoy the sun or have a barbecue with the whole family. Garden furniture and barbecue are available here.
 
 The island of Usedom is located in the northeastern corner of Germany, about 300 kilometers from Hamburg, and 200 km from Berlin. In a charming and picturesque setting, this island is unique in its landscape. Open fields alternate with beech and pine forests and in between, the landscape is broken by small lakes or ditches. Numerous cliffs can be found on Usedom just like a beautiful white, sandy, gently sloping and up to 80 m wide, sandy beach.
 
 Usedom there is neither ebb nor tide, so the water is always there and you can enjoy a swim in the cool waters at any time of day. The piers in the seaside resorts of the island of Usedom invite you to linger and relax. The historic pier in the seaside resort of Ahlbeck, which is located just 4 km from the seaside resort Bansin, is known beyond the borders of the Federal Republic. In addition, the island of Usedom is also the sunniest resort island of Germany with more than 2,200 hours of sunshine a year.
