This high quality comfort vacation home (semi-detached) over two floors is located only a few meters from the Baltic Sea with its natural sandy beach.

Situated in the middle of nature, between the edge of the forest and the Baltic Sea beach, it is a wonderful place to relax: from the balcony you can enjoy the view over the beach and the waves and, with a little luck, even watch the sunrise over the sea.

The house is modern and comfortably furnished and offers plenty of space for four to max. six people. On the first floor you will find the spacious living and dining area with open kitchen and the bathroom with shower. From there you have access to the partially covered terrace, where you can enjoy the sun and lounge really nice. Equipped with microwave, dishwasher washing machine, the house offers all the comforts you could wish for during your vacation. Even if it should be cold and wet outside: in front of the crackling fire in the Scandinavian fireplace in the living area everyone will be warm again very quickly! In summer, the terrace in front of the house invites you to cozy barbecue evenings.

Upstairs are the two bedrooms and a small guest bathroom with toilet and sink. From all rooms on the 1st floor you have a direct view of the Baltic Sea. In the master bedroom is the access to the balcony. In the children's room, the two single beds are each so-called tandem beds: they can be pulled out below, so that a third and fourth sleeping option (grate and mattress) are available.

In the summer you can have your own beach chair in the garden! Here, up on the balcony or on the terrace in front of the house you can enjoy cozy barbecue evenings.

The Süssau beach is a long natural beach and is located in the 'fair weather corner' of Ostholstein near the island of Fehmarn. The largest part of the beach is released for dogs, so that the four-legged friends can also feel really comfortable here.
For anglers, the Süssau beach offers a unique sea trout stretch. On the grounds of the vacation home village, a filleting place and a freezer are available to them (shared use).

Should the weather not play along, the surrounding area offers many worthwhile excursion destinations: the Schleswig-Holstein Lake District, the Baltic Sea spas of Dahme, Grömitz and Großenbrode, the Hansa Park in Sierksdorf and the island of Fehmarn with a shark and sea center, a donkey park and the 'Noah's Ark'. And Denmark is also just a stone's throw away.

Well-developed bike paths open up the beautiful landscape of Schleswig-Holstein to you. You can rent bicycles directly on site. Ideal conditions for a varied beach vacation!
