Directly on the water with a view of the marina of the OstseeResort Olpenitz you can spend your vacation in this vacation home. Enjoy the fantastic view and watch the sailing boats from your terrace, take a short walk to the nearby sandy beach or just enjoy the good weather while sunbathing on one of the two private terraces.

In front of the house, there is another terrace with a sitting area where you can enjoy the beautiful morning sun while having breakfast together outside. The two-story house is the perfect vacation home for your family. Upstairs, not only two comfortable bedrooms await you, but also a wellness bathroom with sauna and whirlpool tub. In the light-flooded living/dining area on the first floor you can make yourself comfortable in front of the fire of the fireplace stove. Please note that the cottage area is still under construction.

Here you will find offers for all budgets and forms of vacation, from a spontaneous short trip, an extended weekend, the long, relaxing summer vacation or time out in the quieter off-season, when the Baltic beaches offer especially much space and it becomes all the more cozy in the cottage.

*** Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction. Your vacation property is of course finished, but there may still be construction activities in the surrounding area. Small children should be supervised outside due to the construction site situation. The rental price is already calculated based on this construction situation; further discounts are excluded. ***

The harbor basin is not officially open for swimming due to current conditions; however, the Baltic Sea beach is only a stone's throw from the house. Please also note that fishing is not allowed in the harbor basin.
