Directly in the vacation park OstseeResort Olpenitz is this 2017 built vacation home, which offers you a lot of space. The vacation home extends over two floors and offers due to the design with lots of light wood and maritime details an accommodation to feel good. Enjoy the proximity to the beautiful beach of the Baltic Sea and the yacht and sailing port of Olpenitz, which is only a short walk away.

On the upper floor of the house are the two spacious bedrooms, with a double bed and two single beds, as well as one of the two bathrooms. In the bathroom on the first floor is the private infrared heat cabin of the vacation home. The open terrace of the house invites you to sunbathe or share meals with the whole family. Even a beach chair is available here, so you can enjoy the first coffee in the morning in the sheltered beach chair.

Even in the cool season, the wood-burning stove in the living room and the underfloor heating on the first floor provide a cozy athmosphere. There is a high-quality Blue-Ray player in the house, so you can enjoy movie nights together with the whole family on rainy days. There are also some movies, books and games in the house.

Since the houses are located directly on the coast, we ask for your understanding that the terrace furniture is only available in the summer half of the year; in the winter half of the year you will be safely stowed away due to the often strong wind.

Please note that fishing is not allowed in the harbor basin.
