This holiday home is located on a fenced property in the centrally located town of Kasnevitz, not far from the white city of Putbus. The location is ideally suited for relaxing after a lively day on the island of Ruegen. In addition to the spacious living and dining area, there is a very modern kitchen, a cosy bedroom and a bathroom as well as a utility room on the ground floor. The built-in fireplace in the living room provides a cosy atmosphere. The living room opens onto a lovely Bangkirai terrace, with a large table and matching chairs. A spiral staircase leads to a spacious loft on the first floor. This open hall area leads to the two adjoining bedrooms. A bunk bed with a ladder in one of the bedrooms is an added attraction for the little ones. The whole house is powered by a gas heater and the entire lower area is equipped with under floor heating. A ladies bike (city bike) and a men's bike (mountain bike) can be used free of charge, on request. The centre of Putbus, located about 3 km away, has shopping areas and a train station.
