The beautiful wooden house with the name "Annes Bootshaus" is located in the harbor village Zerpenschleuse and has its own boat mooring. The rooms are spread over two floors and are modern and furnished to a high standard. On cold days you can make yourself comfortable in the living room on the first floor in front of the crackling fire of the fireplace stove. Upstairs, the open gallery offers a nice place to relax. Here you can enjoy the view over the water and watch the hustle and bustle of the marina.

The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, in the second bedroom there are two single beds and a mobile sleeping cube, which can also be used in other rooms.

In summer, the open terrace offers a wonderful place to relax. The gem in the garden is the lovingly planted fieldstone wall, matching the Swedish-style vacation home. A barbecue and comfortable garden furniture are available, so that nothing stands in the way of joint barbecue evenings. The house is in the second row. On the terrace you lie comfortably and undisturbed. No cars passing directly in front of the terrace disturb your vacation peace and due to the staggered construction you can also enjoy the view of the water from here.

To your vacation home belongs a private jetty, which you can use after consultation for your brought or nearby rented boat.

The house is equipped with everything you would expect for a relaxing vacation. Entertainment is also well taken care of with an extensive collection of books, DVDs and games. The Abrafaxe travel adventures are also on the bookshelf! Of course, there are also children's chairs for indoors and outdoors and safety devices for stairs and doors in the house. Anne's boathouse has a fiber optic connection. This means very fast internet, which you can use free of charge. Through your own account you can use your streaming services, such as Netflix, Amazon Prime or others without restriction.

To explore the surroundings, you have two bicycles at your disposal.

Nestled in forests and meadows, surrounded by several waterways and many lakes, this area is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers. In the immediate vicinity are the Barnim Nature Park and the Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve. The community of Zerpenschleuse is a tranquil place, characterized by Dutch-style skipper's houses that stretch along the "Langer Trödel", a former part of the Finow Canal. You can experience wonderful vacations here and let your soul dangle.
