Directly in front of your house is the open terrace. Here you can have breakfast with the whole family or relax wonderfully. A barbecue is also available here, so you can end the day with a wonderful barbecue evening. As a highlight of the house you can use your own private jetty.

The first separate bedroom is equipped with a double bed, the other bedroom with two single beds. In the living room there is a cozy sofa bed, which can accommodate two more people.

Even in winter, the harbor village Zerpenschleuse is always worth a trip. In the vacation home, you can warm up again in front of the crackling fireplace in the living room after a walk along the icy lake or through the snow-covered forests. In your private electric sauna, which is located next to the vacation home, you can relax wonderfully.

Next to the cottage village runs the Oder-Havel Canal, which crosses here with the Finow Canal, whose history goes back to the 15th century. Nestled in forests and meadows, surrounded by several waterways at once, this area is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers.

In the immediate vicinity of the vacation homes in the harbor village Zerpenschleuse are the Barnim Nature Park and the Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve. The village of Zerpenschleuse is a tranquil place, characterized by Dutch-style skipper's houses that stretch along the "Langer Trödel", a former part of the Finow Canal.
