Violès is located on the Côtes-du-Rhône wine route, dotted with lovely mountain villages and restaurants serving the many local products: Olive oil, fruit, garlic, onions, spices and more.
Nearby is Séguret, one of the most beautiful medieval villages in France. Gigondas and Vacqueyras are known for the richness of their vines. Sablet offers lovely, shady and flowery lanes.
Children will find entertainment in the many surrounding theme parks, the Crocodile Farm, Wave Island, the Visiatome or Parc Spirou.
