This charming vacation home with an old mill (not habitable) in the garden is located in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer, just 1.5 km from the nearest beach. Look forward to a quiet location, plenty of relaxation on the sandy beach and a good range of water sports just nearby. The house is large and comfortable. One bedroom upstairs has its own bathroom and an open balcony. The veranda, which opens to the garden at the back of the house, is a nice place to relax. Many wonderful and sunny days on the beach await you. The fifth person sleeps in an area separated from the living room by three walls and a curtain.
