Description

Welcome to this vacation home near the coast of Poitou-Charentes.

At the mouth of the river Dordogne near the town of Royan you will find this family-friendly, homely vacation home. Here the ambience is maritime, charming and extremely warm. You will live comfortably in the immediate vicinity of the ocean on a large property with a terrace of about 40 square meters and fenced garden.

Especially recommended with children is a visit to the great zoo of Palmyre, 10 minutes away. Otherwise, discover the coastal landscape by bike, on walks or visiting the beaches. By boat you can cross to Gironde, and Bordeaux is also accessible by day trip. The region is rich in interesting coastal nature, and inland the world-famous wine-growing region beckons.

Please note that the house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to the narrow staircase.
