Beautiful cottage with private pool, 22 km from Villeneuve sur Lot. You can enjoy your summer evenings on the covered terrace or by the salt pool. Inside, nothing is left to chance, everything is planned so that you do not miss anything during your vacation. A laundry room is located next to the pool. 2 parking spaces are available with direct access to the terrace. The summer lounge (restored barn, not insulated for winter) is very cool in the summer season and has a panoramic window overlooking the Lot Valley. You will also enjoy the large bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower with a magnificent view. The kitchen with its central island is very well equipped. One bedroom can accommodate 4 people with 2 beds 90x190 and a sofa bed. The house is located in the village of Monpezat Agenais, just a few meters from the house is a small grocery store where you can buy your bread and all necessities. A small producers market is held weekly in the heart of the village. Visit the windmill to admire the view and take the opportunity to visit the medieval village of Pujols and the Bastide de Villeneuve sur Lot. A few kilometers away there is a beach where you can swim in the Lot or enjoy the river aboard a canoe. In Monpezat there are many hiking trails that will delight hikers and mountain bikers. The house has 3 levels with stairs not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
