This magnificent vacation home is located in a very quiet residential area halfway between Pézenas (15 km) and Agde (15 km). It stands on an 800 m² enclosed garden plot and has a great pool. In the living room, which opens onto the terrace and the pool, there is a pool table and a piano. One of the four bedrooms or the master bedroom is on the upper floor. This charming village in the Hérault is the ideal starting point for many wonderful excursions. For example, visit Pézenas, which Molière once visited with its illustrated theater and still preserves an honorable memory of this great playwright through exhibitions and performances. The town offers many other cultural attractions as well as regional products and many handicrafts. The harbor town of Agde borders on the seaside resort of Cap d'Agde (22 km), which offers wonderful beaches, a beautiful 18-hole golf course, the Aqualand water park and a large marina. 16 km separate you from Béziers with its many historic and listed buildings. In the hinterland, there are also many exciting destinations waiting for you: the gorge of the Hérault for an unforgettable canoe trip or the animal park Réserve Africaine near Sigean (64 km).
