The cottage has a beautiful location on a spacious plot with well-kept gardens. Inside the converted 18th century barn, you can expect a nice, cozy atmosphere with rustic elements such as the exposed wooden beams. The heart of the house is the open kitchen with dining area, where you can easily entertain the whole family. Gather here for delicious meals or for lively conversations and catch up on the day. Due to the location of the bedrooms in the house, it is well suited for a vacation with several families or couples.

Outside, you can use the beautiful pool for cooling off and relaxing in the water on warm days. Please note that the pool area is visible when entering the property gates.

You can easily get from the house to the town of Bergerac, where you will find various amenities. Just outside the cottage you can fish in the river and with a little luck catch dinner.

Note: The bedroom on the mezzanine can only be accessed through bedroom 1. On site also live other guests and the discreet owner.
