This beautiful independent house with panoramic terrace and sea view is located in a quiet position in an open area on the road to Conca (exit from the GR20), just 700 meters from the beautiful sandy beach of Favone. The sun rises right in front of the large terrace, from where you can have a good breakfast and even catch a glimpse of the sea.
This small residence with 4 independent houses on a common property is very quiet, a bit off the main road. Flowers and lots of greenery surround the house, which includes two nice bedrooms and a large living room.
A few minutes drive away you will discover Sari Solenzara or even Ste Lucie de Porto Vecchio, Porto Vecchio and its heavenly beaches. If you choose the mountain side, you can swim in the turquoise freshwater pools of Cavu or hike through scrub and pine forests to discover the magnificent Corsican landscapes.
There are many activities in the surrounding area, such as horseback riding at 8 km, boat trips to Solenzara at 7 km, the adventure park in Ste Lucie at 10 km or the famous 18-hole golf course in Sperone, considered the most beautiful in the world.
