Description

In the heart of the Drôme des Collines, on the heights of the hamlet of Comps, known for its fully restored 12th-century Romanesque church, this authentic French country house dating from 1780 is situated on 65 hectares, which is partly wooded.

The charming house with stone character is ideal to take full advantage of nature, beautiful panorama, tranquility and fresh air.

In the immediate vicinity are Dieulefit, a major pottery site, the exceptional magical forest of Saou and the typical village of Bourdeaux, dominated by the Vercors massif with its famous Trois Becs and the Chaudière pass.

The town of Valrèas is located in the middle of the Pope's enclave, Montélimar, a fortified city of flowers, capital of nougat, and the villages of Poët Laval, Eyzahut and La Bégude de Mazenc, listed and high.
