This vacation property is located in a quiet neighborhood of Creissan and therefore you can also shop in the village on foot. Do you feel like doing something? Then start in the village. It has some well-preserved medieval buildings such as an old castle and a church from the 12th century. There are many excursions in the region: Hiking, walking, horseback riding, visiting historical and typical places, markets, castles, beach days or even shopping. If you are in the mood for an interesting day trip, you can follow in the footsteps of the Cathars in Carcassonne. The wonderful Narbonne is also worth a visit. Of course, the charming Béziers should not be missing on your list. Discover historical sites like the Plateau des Poètes, a garden from the late 19th century. Not far away is the Canal du Midi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that has drawn its environs from Toulouse and Sète. It runs through the vineyards and you can discover it on a full-day canal cruise or take a short trip in a motorboat. The charming rivers Orb or Aude also offer an interesting range of water activities (canoeing and kayaking) and relaxation. You can also enjoy a wonderful swim here.
