Description

Charming stone farmhouse at 1150 m altitude.

Look forward to a vacation with an exceptional view of the mountains and absolute privacy. The house is spread over two floors and is furnished without lounge/sofas. In the living area, a magnificent central fireplace forms the center of the room. You also have four bedrooms and two bathrooms at your disposal. The tap water is drinkable but has not been analyzed. The owner supplies 6 liters of bottled water.

The house is located near Lu Puy Mary and Col de Serre, where you can enjoy winter activities. Summer activities in the area include paragliding, electric VTT, husky sledding (on wheels) and hiking. Quads and electric VTT can be rented from the owner, who is a qualified mountain guide, at the cottage. 30 minutes to Salers, one of the most beautiful French villages.

Please note that the house is located in a rural environment with cows in the surrounding fields, which may attract flies and odors.
