This building, characteristic of Cévennes architecture, with its vaulted ceilings, stones and wooden beams, offers large rooms, including 4 beautiful bedrooms, each with adjoining bathroom, and a very pleasant terrace on the 2nd floor where you can enjoy the blue sky in absolute privacy. It has a modern kitchen with central island and a very pleasant and welcoming living room.
Opposite the village is Saint-Martin d'Ardèche with its long sandy beaches, its waterfront guinguettes and its night markets in summer. The Gorges de l'Ardèche will appeal to both leisurely and sports enthusiasts: It has Spectacular landscapes and outdoor activities. On the tourist route along the Gorges, 11 viewpoints have been built, and 10 hiking trails are waiting for you for walks in the countryside . On foot, by bike, by car or by canoe kayak (departure in 2 km) you can explore this 29 km long winding canyon between Vallon-Pont-d'Arc with its magnificent stone arch that spans the river and the extraordinary walk along Grotte Chauvet and Saint-Martin d'Ardèche.
Leave the house and cross the beautiful square shaded by plane trees with its church and Renaissance portal, the narrow cobbled streets with beautiful residences and pretty restaurants to the path that offers a magnificent view of the river. Don't miss the local market, which attracts many visitors every Thursday morning from June to September.
