Description

On the first floor of this charming cottage on three levels you have access to a terrace and a small lawn that go directly to the water. Jetty for mooring a boat (13 m). On the top floor you have access to another terrace with a magnificent view of the canal and the boats. The property benefits from a very convenient location in the beautiful waterfront not far from Aigues-Mortes. Discover the Camargue as well as Nîmes, Arles and Montpellier from here. The fine sandy beaches of the seaside resort of Grau-du-Roi are only 6 km away. Aigues-Mortes awaits you with good restaurants, stores and a beautiful fortification as well as a river port and several salt marshes for the production of sea salt. During your break in the city you can taste one of the many sand wines. This is wine made from vines grown on sandy soils. The nearest supermarkets are only a few minutes away. From Aigues-Mortes you can join a canal tour or jeep safari.
