Hillion is located in Brittany, between the Côte d'Emeraude and the Pink Granite Coast, and just 20 minutes from Saint-Brieuc. 2,300 m separate you from the Plage de Lermot, a small family-friendly beach. At the same time, major seaside resorts are within easy reach, such as Val André (15 km). Moncontour (19 km), the Château de la Hunaudaye (30 km) and Beauport Abbey (55 km) are worth a trip. A walk along the old tax collector's paths offers a great view of the water where mussels are farmed. The cottage is contemporary and convinces with a cozy interior. At the back of the house, a large terrace facing directly south invites you to relax. A 5 m² large and open gallery on the upper floor was furnished as a reading corner. Bedroom 1 with walk-in closet and private adjoining bathroom, bedroom 3 with en suite bathroom and an open sleeping loft with double bed.
