Description
This luxurious holiday home comprises five accommodation units with separate entrances, connected by external stairs. All the units are stylish and equipped with all necessary appliances. Four accommodation units have a fireplace. At the entrance to bedroom no. 1 there are two steps. This bedroom has a round double bed with quality mattress. On one of the walls of this bedroom, a family tree of Croatian royal family Kotromanica is painted and covers the times from 13th to 15th century. From the terraces and balconies there is a view on the sea, which is only ca. 20 m away. In the house there are numerous works of art from family collection. On the ground floor there is a space with smaller kitchen and larger dining area with a table for 18 persons. Children can play safely on the spacious fenced plot. On the terrace by the swimming pool, guests can relax on the sun beds and unwind admiring the magnificent sea view and sunsets in the evenings. A rocky beach is positioned ca. 20 m away from the house and the clear sea is rich in fish and shells. Sandy and pebble beaches can be found within ca. 1000-2000 m in places such as Seline and Starigrad-Paklenica.
