The house consists of two units, connected by an external exit, built of Istrian stone in the style of earlier architecture. The house is partially buried and is located on the slope. It is spacious and furnished in a minimalist style, taking into account elements of Istrian tradition such as stone, wood and art. Thick walls provide comfort and optimal coolness in the hot summer months.

In the garden you will find an overflow pool, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of Motovun and the countryside. You can also relax on deck chairs and quality garden furniture or have fun barbecuing in the company of your loved ones.

The house is an excellent starting point to explore the interior of attractive Istria and its beauty. Be sure to visit the fabulous hilltop towns such as Buzet, Gro?njan, Gra?i??e or Motovun, a medieval town where you can see typical Venetian architecture.
