Description
This gorgeous holiday home built of stone is located in Kastelir, a small village, on a hill not far from Porec. The house was built in the 19th century and was recently renovated. This home was originally a part of a farmhouse converted into a huge, fabulous villa. This villa is attractive and pleasantly furnished and ideal for families who love to spend a relaxing holiday. This house provides the view of the vast countryside and the blue sea. This property is fenced and is suitable not only for the children to play but is also enjoyable for the pets. Do relax in the swimming pool located on the backyard. The centre of the town and a lot of restaurants, stores, cafes and a pizzeria are just 3 minutes away by walk. One of the cafes is opened till late in the night. The minimum height of the ceiling is 1.5 metres.
