Description
This exceptionally good holiday home is at the edge of a village in the heart of Istria. It is stylishly furnished for comfort. The interior is furnished according to modern standards with underfloor heating and cooling. The cooling system is very effective and silent. A spacious terrace connects the interior to the exterior, from where the parents can keep a watch over their children swimming and playing in the pool. The pool area also has a Jacuzzi, ideal to relax during the summer months. The owner has provided a free area on the property that is shared with the holiday home CIL070. There is a playground for children and sports and recreational area as well. A football field is about 150 metres away. It is an ideal place for a relatively large family or group of friends who want to spend a holiday together. This home is the last one on the outskirts and is in a calm locality at the edge of the forest. It is also ideal for jogging, hiking and taking your dog for a walk. The Roman Colosseum in Pula, the truffle town of Motovun, the beautiful city of Rovinj and the aqua park in Poreč, especially for the children, are some of the art and cultural areas in the near vicinity, which are worth a visit.
