Description
This holiday home is located in peaceful and pretty surroundings of the small place Kapelica, near Labin. It comprises two houses on the same plot, which are situated only 15 m away from one another. The larger house has four bedrooms, two living parts, two kitchens and three bathrooms laid out on two floors. In the smaller house there is a living part with fire place and a kitchen, while on the first floor, which can be reached by steep stairs; there is a bedroom and a bathroom. All rooms are fitted out in the way which offers pleasant ambience. In the large cultivated garden there is a swimming pool which is perfect for getting refreshed on hot summer days. Next to it guests can unwind with a good book, while children are playing in the pool. The old town of Labin is well-known for its history and numerous art galleries and therefore it will be a true paradise for lovers of art and culture. It will satisfy even the most demanding visitors.
