The remaining bedrooms Orange, Rosso and Taupe, each equipped with a double bed (180x210), are located on the second floor. Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom, three of which are equipped with a shower cabin, while the bathroom in Taupe also has a comfortable bathtub. The sun-drenched first floor of this fully air-conditioned villa features a modern and fully equipped kitchen and dining room that can comfortably accommodate all guests. The spacious living room is perfect for an afternoon rest in the relaxing atmosphere inside the villa, which reflects the same elegance and warmth as the exterior. The first floor and pool terrace of Villa Akazija have no thresholds and therefore barrier-free access. You can play a game of table tennis, relax, read a good book, play board games or watch a movie from the rich selection of DVD movies. The fully fenced 12,000 m² property has a beautiful swimming pool (35 m²) surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and filled with water with low salt concentration. There are two outdoor showers at your disposal, one by the pool and one on the roof terrace. There are 4 private parking spaces available.
